Product description:
Sludge conditioner is applicable for the preconcentration and
dewatering of sludge in municipal sewage treatment plants as well
as various industrial and domestic sewage treatment facilities. It
shows strong adaptability to different water qualities and high
resistance to acids and alkalis. It is suitable for conditioning
sludge before dehydration using centrifugal, plate - and - frame,
belt - type and other dehydrating equipment.
This sludge conditioner is safe, non - toxic, water - soluble, non
- flammable. It has strong cohesive force, good hydrolytic
stability, does not gel, is insensitive to pH changes, and is
resistant to chlorine.
It is a new - generation sludge conditioner that can replace lime
and iron salts. Previously, for every ton of dried sludge, 200 kg
of lime and 150 kg of iron salts (ferric chloride) were added.
After using the sludge conditioner, only 5 - 10 kg of pure liquid
conditioner needs to be added per ton of dried sludge, without
altering the properties of the sludge. This makes the subsequent
disposal of the sludge, whether it is composting or drying, much
easier.
When this product is added to biochemical sludge with a water
content of 80%, the special functional groups of the flocculant
molecules are used to disrupt the stability of the interstitial
water between sludge molecules. Then, using a conventional drum
filter press, the water content of the sludge can be reduced from
80% before dehydration to 50% - 60% after dehydration. The sludge
changes from a flowing state before dehydration to a thin - layer
mud cake with a certain hardness. The volume of the sludge is
reduced by over 50%. The combustion heat value of the dehydrated
sludge increases significantly.
The deeply - dehydrated sludge has a wide range of applications and
a high level of resource utilization. Using this product for sludge
dehydration can avoid energy consumption, reduce sludge increment,
and improve sludge quality. The treated sludge from farms and food
factories can be directly used as green organic fertilizer.

Application method:
1. Make a dilution of the product to an aqueous solution that is 50
to 200 times the volume of the original product.
2. Based on the amount of dried sludge, add an amount of the agent
that ranges from 0.5% to 1% of the dried sludge content.
3. Once it is mixed either in the pipeline mixer or the stirring
tank, it proceeds directly into the plate and frame filter press.
Package:
1. The product is packed 200kg net in plastic drum or 1000kg net in
lBC.
2. This product is common chemical and should be stored at room
temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended
to store at a temperature of 5-30℃.
