Chemical Auxiliary Flocculant for Sludge Thickening Treatment
Product description:
When this product is added to the biochemical sludge with a water
content of 80%, the special functional groups within the flocculant
molecules act to disrupt the stability of the interstitial water
existing between sludge molecules. Subsequently, a conventional
drum filter press is employed. As a result, the water content of
the sludge decreases from 80% prior to dehydration to 50% - 60%
post - dehydration. The sludge transforms from a flowing state
before dehydration into a thin, hardened mud cake. The volume of
the sludge is reduced by over 50%. Simultaneously, the combustion
heat value of the dehydrated sludge experiences a significant
increase.
The deeply - dehydrated sludge has diverse applications and a high
level of resource utilization. Employing this product for sludge
dehydration helps avoid energy consumption, curbs sludge increment,
and enhances sludge quality. Notably, the treated sludge from farms
and food factories can be directly utilized as green organic
fertilizer.

Application method:
Prepare an aqueous solution by diluting the product to a ratio of 1
part product to 50 - 200 parts water.
Add the agent in an amount ranging from 0.5% to 1% based on the
weight or quantity of the dried sludge.
Once the agent has been thoroughly mixed within either a pipeline
mixer or a stirring tank, the mixture can be directly fed into a
plate and frame filter press.

Success cases:
On February 27, 2025, at the request of the customer, the
technicians of our company went to the customer's company site to
conduct a sludge dewatering experiment. After observing the on-site
discharge situation, water samples of the sludge wastewater were
taken for on-site debugging.
Raw water sample: The sludge content is high and the water quality
is turbid.
