Product Description:
This product is a water-based suspension of calcium stearate,
crafted through a specialized process. It serves as an excellent
anti-sticking agent, separator, release agent, and adhesive
prevention solution, making it highly suitable for rubber and
plastic products.
The emulsion uniformly covers the surface of the rubber particles,
forming a slippery interface among them. This interface effectively
prevents direct contact between the rubber particles, thus avoiding
adhesion. Thanks to its layered crystalline structure, the emulsion
enables interlayer sliding, achieving an internal lubrication
effect. Manufactured via a unique process, the product features
uniformly spherical particles, which further reduce friction and
enhance the lubrication performance. As a result, it significantly
improves the application properties during the downstream
processing of rubber particles. Additionally, during downstream
processing, this product can enhance the anti-aging characteristics
of the final products.
